A session lasts an hour and a half. The first half hour consists of a briefing where you will get answers to all your curiosities in the field of aviation while you drink a coffee or water together with your flight instructor. The briefing session is followed by an hour of flight.

If I have a fear of flying, will I experience the same simptoms in the virtual session?
One of the main purposes of our flight simulator is to help people overcome their fear of flight. You can choose to receive professional counseling during your session.

Do I need to have flying experience for flying the simulator?
No, you don’t need any previous flying experience.
How realistic is your Fun Flight Simulator?
Our cockpit is a 1/1 scale Boeing 737NG cockpit replica.
Is there any minimum age to fly the simulator?
The minimum age is 6. There is no maximum age limit.
Do I require to have any knowledge of flying or aeronautics in order to fly the simulator?
The aim of JETAV is to allow anyone to discover the sensations you feel at the controls of an airliner. The instructor, a professional pilot who will follow you all along the adventure, will adapt to your level of aeronautical knowledge.
Who will fly the Fun Flight Simulator during the session?
You will be sitting in the Capitan’s seat at the controls of the aircraft. Your instructor will assist you as co-pilot and will only intervene on the controls if a crash is imminent.
Do I need to make an appointment to make the flight?
Yes. We work exclusively by appointment. Please call the simulation centre on 0040721825888 to book a date and an hour for your flight.
Is it possible to buy and book a flight for someone else?
Yes. Our vouchers are an original gift idea for everyone.
How do I purchase the vouchers?
You can purchase your vouchers by telephone or by e-mail. We can send your voucher to you by e-mail.
Can I come accompanied for my flight?
Yes. Two more people can come with you to watch.

Is there any refund policy?
Jetav does not refund purchased vouchers. However the vouchers are fully transferable.
